Manual Therapist &
Georges Adam is a manual therapist and osteopathy student with a deep curiosity for how the body heals itself.
At Body Motion Therapy, he takes a scientific yet intuitive approach, combining anatomy, physiology, and precise hands-on work to help the body return to its natural balance.
Georges is best known for his work with Fascial Counterstrain, a constantly evolving system that targets the body’s protective reflexes to release strain, improve fluid flow, and calm the nervous system.
He views each treatment as a conversation with the body, one guided by observation, patience, and respect for the body’s intelligence.
“When we listen closely enough, the body tells us exactly what it needs.”
Clinical Approach & Philosophy
For Georges, healing begins with awareness.
Pain is not a random event, it’s the body’s way of signaling imbalance. His goal is to interpret that message, not silence it. Through Fascial Counterstrain, he gently identifies and releases dysfunctions across the body’s systems — neural, vascular, visceral, and musculoskeletal — helping the body restore ease and movement from within.
This approach is grounded in evidence-based science and continuous study. As an osteopathy student at RMIT, Georges integrates modern research with real-world clinical application, exploring how fascia, the nervous system, and fluid dynamics shape both pain and recovery.
Each session is calm, focused, and highly individualized, built on trust, clear explanation, and measurable results. His clients describe his work as precise, deeply effective, and often transformative.
“When we listen closely enough, the body tells us exactly what it needs.”

Beyond the Clinic
Outside the clinic, Georges continues exploring the body–mind–spirit connection that underpins his practice.
He studies how movement, breath, and awareness influence the body’s internal systems and how emotional stress, posture, and pain are often just reflections of the same root tension.
His interests extend to fascia research, biomechanics, and neurophysiology, but also to the quieter arts: playing violin, reflection, and balance.
For Georges, therapy isn’t just a profession, it’s a lifelong study of how human beings adapt, heal, and grow.
Every new insight deepens his commitment to one idea:
the body is not broken — it’s brilliant.
