1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend may incur a 50% session fee.
• Frequent late cancellations may require pre-payment for future sessions.
• If we must cancel due to illness or emergencies, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

2. Refunds for Services

Our therapies are professional, results-driven manual treatments. Because each body responds differently, refunds are not issued for completed sessions or results that vary.
Refunds apply only if:

• The service was prepaid and cancelled with sufficient notice.
• A session was paid for but could not be provided due to practitioner unavailability.

3. Prepaid Packages & Gift Vouchers

• Valid for 3 years from purchase.
• Non-refundable once redeemed.
• Transferable to another person with written consent.
• Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

4. Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive on time to ensure your full treatment duration. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, with the full session fee still applying.

5. Health Disclosure & Client Responsibility

Clients are required to provide accurate health and medical information before treatment. This ensures safety and proper care. You agree to inform your therapist of any changes to your health, medications, or injuries.

6. Scope of Practice & Medical Disclaimer

Body Motion Therapy practitioners work within their professional training and scope, focusing on manual therapy, fascial release, and musculoskeletal wellness.
Treatments are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always seek medical advice for ongoing or serious health conditions.

7. Privacy & Record Keeping

All personal and health information is confidential and stored securely under the Australian Privacy Principles (APP). Records are used solely for clinical and administrative purposes.
